MAKE A LIST
Many Times when I go out on a call a customer will have a number of small things to be taken
care;and I'm always hearing
"I Know there's something else I need you to do"

When you decide to make repairs to your home it is important that you make a list of items you would
like to have completed. I will be happy to discuss them.
You may be able to have many or all of your repairs completed.

If you're
selling your home the buyer will probably have a certified inspection ;sometimes
required by the lender.   Any defects found can be used to leverage your price lower !!

I can give the home a survey to give you a heads up on potential problems that maybe we can
address .(I'm not a licensed home inspector)

            It never hurts to
have a little knowledge about the repairs. Upgrades or installations to be
made. Do a little research  It will help with product selection and give you a general idea of the
process involved in your particular situation.

Have the
work area clear when we arrive. It takes time to move objects, valuables etc.
I request that those are moved before we arrive to do our repair.

Buy name brand where it counts  .Parts and warranty service are more readily available and will
usually perform better and have a longer service life under heavy use.
I am can accompany you if you need assistance in choosing items for upgrades or repairs

. I can suggest that you shop for the items needed.  Get a idea of products that are available in
your budget. There are nice products available to suit all budgets. I will be happy to help on product
selection and/or design.

Make your purchases and try to have most items required to make simple repairs such as faucet,
sink, lights, (you want me working not shopping if possible).  Home centers are helpful and can give
you a good idea of what may be required. (remember you can return what you don't use)
I will try to have those little incidentals on hand. I am happy to pick up from will call at your local
store if necessary.
.
Assembly of furniture or installation of equipment  i.e.   ("Some Assemble required")
Try to save the instructions and most of the pieces.
